Results Measured
About RM
We're not a bookkeeper. We're not an accountant. We're an accountability layer.
We take messy, unclear, unmanaged work and put visibility, ownership, and control around it, using the systems you already have.
Where we come from
We have worked in different rooms for years: the banking industry, reading real numbers; working and implementing business rescue plans; cleaning up governance and compliance for owner-run companies; and assisting clients globally, remotely, with execution and structured finance and strategy reports. RM is where that instinct becomes something business owners can use to measure their results, and know where to find them.
What we believe
Businesses don't fail because of a lack of software. They fail when nobody can see what's happening, nobody owns the outcome, and decisions get made on guesswork.
Most owner-run businesses already have the tools: accounting, CRMs, spreadsheets, project apps. What's missing is a layer that connects those tools to clear ownership and outcomes you can actually execute on.
That's what RM does. We sit above your existing systems; we don't replace them. We help you see what's happening, assign real ownership, build practical controls, and grow without losing track of who's doing what.
Built for owner-run businesses
RM is designed for South African businesses where the owner is still hands-on in operations. Systems exist but aren't fully used, and growth is both the goal and the biggest risk.
You don't need another software subscription or a 200-page report. You need clarity on where you stand, ownership of what needs fixing, and a practical plan you can execute, starting this week.
What's actually happening in my business?
What requires my attention right now?
Who is responsible for this?
What's overdue, and what happens if we ignore it?
Can I trust this information?
These are the questions RM helps owner-run businesses answer plainly, with ownership attached.
Why RM is different
Accountants handle the numbers. Consultants sell strategy. Software vendors sell systems. RM connects it all through ownership and execution, starting with who owns what, not another subscription.

Ownership, accountability, and execution
RM helps you move from reacting to problems to running the business with intent.
Above your systems, not replacing them
We work with what you already have (accounting, CRMs, Excel spreadsheets) and build accountability on top.
Ownership, not just recommendations
Every finding gets a real owner (a person, a process, or a system) and a deadline before we leave the room.
Plain English, not jargon
You get clear, actionable records, not consultant-speak that sits in a folder.
Framework-driven, not ad hoc
Everything we do follows a structured approach. The full framework is on our Methodology page: how RM actually thinks and works, not marketing language.
Technology becomes an enabler, not the solution.
